Sarah grew up in Dorset and has been involved with horses, dogs and birds all her life. Over many years she became a keen falconer and trained as a veterinary nurse giving her extensive knowledge of animal anatomy which is clearly demonstrated in her dynamic bronzes.
In the 1990's she became an assistant sculptor and began creating wax models of birds of prey, bringing them to the pre-finished stage. Driven by the encouragement of the sculptor, who immediately recognised her natural talent, Sarah has been working on her own pieces ever since.
An associate member of the Society of Equestrian Artists, Sarah creates bronzes of both equine and canine studies for unique commissions and as speculative limited editions.
